Introduction
Since its foundation in 1995, The Compliance Register has consistently maintained that Compliance is not just the responsibility of the Compliance Department – this responsibility is that of everyone involved in the firm’s business.
We welcome all professionals (whatever their respective roles) working in the financial services industry to join our global network FS Professionals Global Register.
Financial Services Professional (“FSP”)
An FSP is a person who works in the financial services industry anywhere in the world.
The following roles will be eligible:-
- Senior Management including Directors, Non-Executive Directors, etc.

- Consultants providing consultancy services
- Lawyers providing legal advice and services
- Regulatory Compliance Professionals

Types of Membership
Key Requirements
- Applicants must provide a valid corporate email address.
- Personal email addresses can be accepted subject to (a) proof of identity and (b) reason for not having a corporate email address.
- Your profile must be reviewed at least annually by you and updated as necessary.
- Applicants must work in the financial services industry.
- You must agree to abide by Code of Professional Conduct
Basic Membership (Free)
- Access to global community of FS Professionals
- Enhanced profile and recognition of your professionalism including using the description FSPro on your profile.
- Participate in meetings, discussions, conferences, etc. Some events may require payment of a fee while some are free.
Premier Membership
This membership will be subject to the payment of a fee as set from time to time. You will see the current fee on the application form. Premium membership is an enhancement over the Basic membership and has the following additional benefits:-
- Access to our online Library containing professional materials, articles, videos, updates, etc.
- Priority consideration to your suggestions regarding, for example, content for the online Library and other ideas.
